Policies

Please follow the guidelines below on the date of your appointment:

• No guests or children are permitted in the studio.

• We require extra time in between clients to disinfect and sanitize our studio. Therefore, we ask that you please text us upon arrival at 778-809-6372 and wait in your car.
We will invite you in as soon as we are ready for you. 

• Please do not come to your appointment if you are sick, experiencing any symptoms (ie. fever, cough, sneezing, or sore throat) or have been in contact with anyone experiencing these symptoms.
If you are showing any symptoms you will be asked to reschedule.  

LASH EXTENSIONS

PRIOR TO YOUR RESERVATION

  • Please arrive on time with clean lashes, as you have a designated time slot. Arriving late or with dirty lashes will prevent you from getting the most out of your appointment and you will still be charged full price.

  • PLEASE book your fills ahead of time. We will try our best to accommodate you but we cannot always guarantee a reservation! It is advised to book at least 2 fills.

  • You can decide to pay by cash or card on the day of your appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Last minute cancellations and “no show” will incur a charge to cover the loss of earning from that appointment which Mesa Lash Studio can not fill at such short notice. When a technician does not work, they don’t earn.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must notify Mesa Lash Studio AT LEAST 24 hours prior to your appointment. Without 24 hours notice, you will be charged a $50 fee, due to be paid prior to scheduling another appointment. If you No Show, the full cost of your missed appointment will be charged before rescheduling another appointment.

FILLS POLICY

  • At least 40% of your lashes are required for a fill, any less than 40% will be considered a full set.

  • Fills on Clients who are not MESA Lash Studio clients will incur an additional $10 Charge.

REFUND POLICY

  • If any client experiences a problem with their lashes, Mesa Lash Studio will do their best to work with that client to rectify the problem. However, please note that the products used on all clients are tried and tested and as such, they do work, with satisfied clients returning week after week with healthy natural lashes and well-maintained extensions. In the rare event of a client experiencing any problems, it usually is a result of improper aftercare, or that they are not a suitable candidate for lash extensions.

  • Since the nature of our work is labor intensive, all services are non-refundable under NO circumstances (including allergic reactions.)

  • If any allergic reaction or irritation is suspected such as redness, swelling or puffiness, contact Mesa Lash Studio immediately. There are no refunds, however the removal of extensions are free of charge.
